STEP 2: Register your information and submit your documents.
You can directly upload digital copies of your tax documents. For families, each spouse must register separately.
We also offer a 1:1 tax consultation with the first 30 minutes (per client) complimentary. During your registration, you will choose if you would like to book a tax consultation:
If you choose to have a tax consultation, you will receive a link in your email where you can book an appointment.
If you do not require a tax consultation, we will only contact you via email if we need any additional information or documents.
STEP 3: Review your tax return and sign your document(s).
For new clients, you will receive an email via Dropbox Sign requesting you to electronically sign an Authorize a Representative form for us to represent you on tax matters with the Canada Revenue Agency.
When your tax return is completed, you will receive an email via Dropbox Sign requesting you to electronically sign your form T183 (Information Return for Electronic Filing of an Individual's Income Tax and Benefit Return) before we can file your tax return to the Canada Revenue Agency. You will also receive a copy of your T1 (Income Tax and Benefit Return) in the same email.
When your tax return is completed, you will receive an invoice with your payment due in three days.
